Decks / Fences / Wooden Steps / Patios
We start by pre-treating all of the wood surfaces to break down any algae and dirt. Next, a medium pressure is used to remove all build up and return the wood back to a clean and fresh look!
Concrete Driveway / Sidewalk Washing
We start by pre-treating the surface with a precise chemical mix which will kill and remove most of the algae or grim. Next, a large surface cleaner will use medium to high pressure water to remove all of the algae our chemical missed. Finally, a post-treatment is applied to prolong the need of another cleaning.
Roof Washing
We start by soaking the entire roof with a strong chemical mixture that is able to remove all the algae in or on the shingles. Usually this is rinsed by the next rain however a rinse is sometimes applied. This will leave your roof looking much newer and prolong the need of replacing shingles.
House Washing (Soft wash & pressure wash)
We start by ensuring the home is fully protected from being damaged by water. Next, an even coat is applied to a section of the home. This mixture will usually contain water, an algae killing chemical, and soap. After allowing this mixture to soak in we will then rinse using either low or medium pressure, depending on the owners request.

Commercial Fleet Washing Agreements

We offer complete packages that include full service cleaning, shining, and disinfecting. Next, we will fully was and shine the outside and all the tires / wheels. This service is able to be done one time only or as a weekly/bi-weekly, and monthly agreement.

Washing Trailers
We have a variety of washing trailers. This allows us to complete your service while staying organized and professional. It also allows us to carry extra items to prevent down time on the job site.
Specialized Attachments
We have a wide variety of attachments that allows us to offer almost any service. If it is getting the edge of a driveway or a curved attachment for cleaning your gutters from the ground!
High Reach Equipment
We have the ability to wash 1..2...even 3 story houses without needing a ladder! This makes the service faster for you and safer for us!
Surface Cleaners
We have three different sizes of surface cleaners. Our main one is a 22 inch. This machine allows us to clean 22 inches of dirty concrete with pressurized water. It allows for a much faster cleaning as well.
Sodium Hypochlorite
Sodium Hypochlorite is on our main chemicals in use. In simple terms, its BLEACH! The concentrate is much stronger than average household bleach but that is an easy explanation. We use this along with 2-3 other components which leaves us with an Algae killing mixture!
Property Damage Prevention
We are also focused on preventing damages to your property. Before any service we complete a walk around. During this we will tape and bag off any lose light fixtures, cameras, etc. We also remove non mounted items such as chairs, door mats, etc.
